Sundance policies
A small camp works because everyone looks after it. Here's what we ask.
Reservations & payment
- The booking guest must meet the current minimum age shown at checkout
- Two-night minimum in peak season; three nights on holiday weekends
- Pay at Check-In: 14 days' notice or one night charged
- Pay Now & Save: non-refundable; only added nights allowed
- Three or more cabins: paid in full at booking, non-refundable
- Once checked in, you're responsible for your full stay

- Check-in 3pm · Check-out 11am
- Registered overnight guests only
- Quiet hours 11pm–7am
- Maximum 4 guests per RV site; see each cabin for capacity
- Designated parking only; no ATVs or side-by-sides

Pets
- $35 per pet, maximum two
- No aggressive breeds; leashed at all times
- $250 deep-clean if pets are found in non-pet units

- $250 excessive cleaning
- $250 smoking in a cabin
- $75 quiet-hour violation
- $25 lost key
No refunds for weather, road conditions, early departure or circumstances beyond our control. Please observe Grayson County burn bans — we'll text you if one is in effect.
