Sundance is designed to be taken over — sleep 50-plus in cabins, RVs and tents, and host up to 100 for the gathering itself.
Most weekends at Sundance belong to one group at a time: a company offsite, a family reunion, a scout troop, a wedding party that wants the ceremony on the beach and the reception under the pavilion. With the whole property yours, the schedule is yours too.
Our events team helps with the pieces you don't want to think about — catered dinners, s'mores by the fire, breakfast at the pavilion, a sunset cruise for the whole crew, golf carts, even massages. Bookings of three or more cabins are paid in full at reservation and are non-refundable, so let's talk dates first.
