Friday

Check-In

Arrive anytime after 3pm. Settle into your accommodation for the weekend.

Sunset Cruise - $35pp

Enjoy a Sunset Dinner Cruise under the stars. Cruises depart from Lighthouse Resort & Marina. Advance booking required (more info)

Campfire

When you return, build a fire in the firepit and add a gourmet s'mores package for some fun. (Gourmet s'mores package and a bag of firewood $125).

Saturday

Breakfast - $19pp

If you're interested, we serve breakfast between 8am-9am at the community dining area. Our seasonal selection of hearty and healthy options plus all the coffee, tea, and fresh-squeezed orange juice you could want.

 

Lunch - Beach Picnic - $34pp

At high noon a beach picnic spread you wont forget is served down at the waterfront on property. Gourmet sandwiches, snacks, and drinks are served.

Freetime

Afternoon activities are abundant. After booking, our reservation team will contact you to discuss ideas and options that will enhance your stay.

Campfire Dinner - $39pp

Just after sunset, we deliver a campfire meal that you can cook right over your grill and eat with your group. This is a heat and eat meal and is uber-tasty!

Sunday

Early Bird Breakfast - $12pp

For those wanting to get on the lake early or get on the road early, we offer a breakfast to go option on Sunday mornings. Enjoy a monster breakfast burrito with yogurt and granola. We will coordinate the right time to get your breakfast to you. You can also arrange to enjoy this in your cabin or campsite.

Check-Out

Although Check-Out is 11am, we do offer Stay-N-Play where you can stay until 6pm for $50.

RV SITES

RV camping, but different.

Sundance Camp has seven secluded and wooded RV Sites. Each site features 30A electical hookup, water, a picnic table, fire pit, and has a rock pad. There is a nearby modern bathhouse and shower facilty.

PRIMITIVE CAMPING

Come one. Come all. BYO.Tent.

Our primitive camping area can accommodate just you or you and 100 of your closest friends for a special weekend experience.

We provide the earth, you provide the shelter.


What is there to do?

Located in one of the most central areas of Lake Texoma, activity options around Sundance Camp are plentiful. We want your trip to be full of as many or as few outings as you wish. We've hand selected some of the best experiences below.

Fastrac Charters offers private lake tours where you can learn history and interesting facts about the lake, see marinas and million-dollar homes, experience the Denison Dam up close, and enjoy a 90 minute boat ride.

Lake Tour Info

Fastrac Charters offers BOAT RIDES (by the hour) and can pick you and your group up at the beach at Sundance or from an area marina. Groups from 2-16 can enjoy a private experience scooting across the lake, taking in the sights and the fresh air. A captain is provided so you can focus on fun.

Boat Ride Info

Take your favorite person on out for a special experience. Our Romantic Cruise on Last Call is perfect for couples looking to celebrate an special day or just celebrate each other. On this 2 hour cruise, Fastrac Charters takes you out about an hour before sunset and provide you with a selection of menu options for a Four Course Meal.

Romantic Dinner Cruise for Two

Lighthouse Marina and Island View Park both offer Kayak and Paddleboard rentals to get out and explore Texoma up close. Instructors / Guides are available and you can add the rental right to your reservation with us.

Kayak Paddleboard Rental

Texoma is known for its world-class striped bass fishing. The best way to experience this is with professional guide that does all the hard work and let's you focus on catching fish and having fun.

Boating Activity Trip Info

We work with a number of talented local masseuses and can arrange for private single or couple massages in your tiny cabin.

Sundance Camp is a large property and it's about 1/4 of a mile to the beach from the tiny home village and camping areas. A golf cart is a fun way to scoot around the property without having to walk or jump in the car. We can arrange to have a golf cart ready for you during your entire stay.

What to expect during your stay

The rates for our accommodations vary based on date and availability. Please check our calendar for specific nightly pricing and book early to ensure you get the best rate of the season. Two and three-night minimums apply to weekend and holiday bookings.

Rates

Prices start at $159 per night for tiny cabins. We recommend booking early so you can be sure to get the best rate possible.

Policies

  • See each tiny cabin's page to see how many it may sleep.
  • A rollaway bed may be added (tiny cabin 1, 2, & 3) at an additional cost of $100.
  • Children under 6 may sleep in the king bed (tiny cabins 1, 2, and 3) with their parents at no additional cost.
  • We love pets! Our cabins are pet-friendly and we have a fee of $35 per pet. We don't allow aggressive breeds and no more than two pets per cabin. Please be kind and keep  your pet leashed and clean up after them.

Rates

Prices start at $45 per night for RV Sites (max 4 people per site). We recommend booking early so you can be sure to get the best rate possible. The rate includes:
  • RV Site, Picnic Table, Fire Ring

Policies

  • We allow RVs and Campers up to 30 feet long
  • We allow up to 4 adults and 6 persons max at campsites.
  • No tents may be setup in the RV Area, but we do have primitive camping options on property.
  • We welcome your pet, just please clean up after them and keep them leashed. We do not permit aggressive breeds and no more than two pets per site.

Rates

Prices range $20 per night per person for Primitive Camping. The rate includes:
  • Beautiful primitive camping environment
  • Restroom and Shower facilities
  • Access to water nearby

Policies

  • Pricing is per person and is strictly enforced for everyone's comfort.
  • Campsites are not designated but we only allow camping in certain areas.
  • Please keep at least 100 feet away from the shoreline or cliffs
  • We allow up to 8 person tents. If you have a large group, please discuss with us.
  • Fires in approved and designated fire rings only.
  • There are dispersed picnic tables and you have full access to our community areas.

Sundance Camp is located approximately 15 minutes North of Pottsboro, TX on State Highway 289. Finding us is easy and Maps will take you right to our gate.
