This is your time, we like to help you make the best of it so we have cultivated a weekend experience that you'll never forget.

Friday

Check-In

Arrive anytime after 3pm. Settle into your accommodation for the weekend.

Dinner Cruise

Get shuttled by water taxi (about a 10 minute ride) and board Island Girl for Sunset Dinner Cruise under the stars.

Campfire

When you return, the campfire and the s'mores bar is fired up and ready to wind down for the evening.

Saturday

Breakfast

Between 8a - 9a we serve breakfast at the community dining area. Our seasonal selection of hearty and healthy options plus all the coffee, tea, and fresh-squeezed orange juice you could want.

Lunch - Beach Picnic

At high noon a beach picnic spread you wont forget is served down at the waterfront on property. Gourmet sandwiches, snacks, and drinks are served.

Freetime

Afternoon activities are abundant. After booking, our reservation team will contact you to discuss ideas and options that will enhance your stay.

A three course meal

Just after sunset, our chef will present a locally-cultivated three course meal that won't disappoint.

Campfire

When you return, the campfire and the s'mores bar is fired up and ready to wind down for the evening.

Early Bird Breakfast

For those wanting to get on the lake early or get on the road early, we offer a breakfast to go option on Sunday mornings. Enjoy a monster breakfast burrito with yogurt and granola. We will coordinate the right time to get your breakfast to you. You can also arrange to enjoy this in your cabin or campsite.

Check-Out

We welcome to stay until 5pm on Sundays to maximize your lake time.

What is there to do?

Located in one of the most central areas of Lake Texoma, activity options around Sundance Camp are plentiful. We want your trip to be full of as many or as few outings as you wish. We've hand selected some of the best experiences below.

Fastrac Charters offers private lake tours where you can learn history and interesting facts about the lake, see marinas and million-dollar homes, experience the Denison Dam up close, and enjoy a 90 minute boat ride.

Lake Texoma Adventures offers a Private Boating Activity Trip for groups up to 6 to go for a boat ride, cruise around the lake, and even tube or waterski. A captain is provided so you can focus on fun.

Escape, Indulge, and Relax with a Sunset Sail for 2 guests. Head out approximiately an hour before sunset and eat some delicious food (Shrimp-Stuffed Avocado with Pita Chips, Mixed Skewers, Chef's Choice Dessert), catch sunset, and enjoy the experience of sailing. Water and sodas are included, BYOB for adult beverages_

Lighthouse Marina and Island View Park both offer Kayak and Paddleboard rentals to get out and explore Texoma up close. Instructors / Guides are available and you can add the rental right to your reservation with us.

Texoma is known for its world-class striped bass fishing. The best way to experience this is with professional guide that does all the hard work and let's you focus on catching fish and having fun.

We work with a number of talented local masseuses and can arrange for private single or couple massages in your tiny cabin.

Sundance Camp is a large property and it's about 1/4 of a mile to the beach from the tiny home village and camping areas. A golf cart is a fun way to scoot around the property without having to walk or jump in the car. We can arrange to have a golf cart ready for you during your entire stay.

What to expect during your stay

The rates for our accommodations vary based on date and availability. Please check our calendar for specific nightly pricing and book early to ensure you get the best rate of the season. Two and three-night minimums apply to weekend and holiday bookings.

Rates

Prices range $150 – $400 per night for tiny cabins. We recommend booking early so you can be sure to get the best rate possible. The rate includes:
  • Tiny Cabin accommodations for two guests
  • Daily breakfast featuring local, seasonal dishes on Saturday and Sunday
  • Beachside Picnic Lunch on Saturdays
  • Coffee, refreshments, and in-room water in your cabin and refreshed throughout the day
  • Luxury bath amenities
  • Nightly campfire with gourmet s’mores and treats (Fridays and Saturdays)
  • On weekends, a Dinner Cruise for Two (subject to availability) one evening and a custom curated three course dinner at our Community Dining Area the other evening.
  • Personal concierge services to assist with recommending activities prior to and during your stay

Policies

  • At time of booking, you will be asked for the number of guests in your party.
  • See each tiny cabin's page to see how many it may sleep. We don't permit  more than 2 adults in each tiny cabin.
  • A rollaway bed may be added (tiny cabin 1, 2, & 3) at an additional cost of $100.
  • Children under 6 may sleep in the king bed (tiny cabins 1 & 3) with their parents at no additional cost.
  • Tiny Cabins 4 & 6 have 4 twins setup as bunk beds and can be added to other rentals at a reduced rate for children 7-18. We provide 'baby monitors' for two-way communication for safety and comfort.
  • Any additional adults beyond two will require another tiny cabin reservation.
  • We love pets but we sadly have had too much damage to our beloved tiny cabins and therefore our tiny homes are NOT pet friendly. Sorry.

Prices range $40 – $240 per night for RV Sites (for two adults). We recommend booking early so you can be sure to get the best rate possible. The rate includes:
  • RV Site, Picnic Table, Fire Ring
  • Daily breakfast featuring local, seasonal dishes on weekends
  • Beachside Picnic Lunch on Saturdays
  • Nightly campfire with gourmet s’mores and treats
  • Weekends Stays include a Dinner Cruise for Two one evening and a custom curated three course dinner at our Community Dining Area the other evening.
  • Personal concierge services to assist with recommending activities prior to and during your stay

Policies

  • At time of booking, you will be asked for the number of guests in your party.
  • We allow RVs and Campers up to 35 feet long
  • We allow up to 4 adults and 6 persons max at campsites (base price includes 2 adults).
  • No tents may be setup in the RV Area, but we do have primitive camping options on property.
  • We welcome your pet, just please clean up after them and keep them leashed (it's the law).

Rates

Prices range $20 – $100 per night per person for Primitive Camping (for two adults). We recommend booking early so you can be sure to get the best rate possible. The rate includes:
  • Beautiful primitive camping environment
  • Restroom and Shower facilities
  • Access to water nearby
  • Full daily breakfast featuring local, seasonal dishes on Saturday and Sunday
  • Nightly campfire with gourmet s’mores and treats on Friday and Saturdays
  • Weekend Stays (Friday and Saturday) include a Dinner Cruise for Two one evening and a custom curated three course dinner at our Community Dining Area for the other evening.
  • Personal concierge services to assist with recommending activities prior to and during your stay

  • Pricing is per person and is strictly enforced for everyone's comfort.
  • Campsites are not designated but we only allow camping in certain areas.
  • Please keep at least 100 feet away from the shoreline or cliffs
  • We allow up to 8 person tents. If you have a large group, please discuss with us.
  • Fires in approved and designated fire rings only.
  • There are dispersed picnic tables and you have full access to our community areas.

Sundance Camp is located approximately 15 minutes North of Pottsboro, TX on State Highway 289. Finding us is easy and Maps will take you right to our gate.
